Running late?
No stress, just flick us a message and let us know. We’ll always do our best to fit you in, but if you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule your appointment.

 

Need to change your plans?

We totally get it, life happens! If you need to cancel or move your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This gives us a chance to offer your spot to someone else.
